A simple realization that I’ve come to the past few days: I am extremely grateful that I am healthy and well enough to train and run like I do. I think I often take it for granted, but I really shouldn’t.
Sure, sometimes it’s a slog and I wish I didn’t do it. But it’s a choice and that I have that choice at all is wonderful.
Thank you, body, for being healthy and tolerant of these exploits. I really appreciate it. I’ll do my best to not abuse you! 🙂
